These workshops are designed for beginning and intermediate level rehabilitators. The information presented is based on over 25 years of rehabilitation work at Carolina Raptor Center and almost 13,000 patients admitted. If you are looking for an intensive learning experience that combines lectures, multimedia presentations and hands-on practice sessions, this is it!

The seminars are held at Carolina Raptor Center’s environmental education center, located inside a nature preserve about 20 minutes from Charlotte. Limited class size enhances opportunities for discussions and Question/Answer sessions. The class will divide into small groups for hands-on sessions, each supervised by a trainer to ensure that everyone will be able to practice new techniques.

Classes are taught by Carolina Raptor Center Director of Rehabilitation Mathias Engelmann, (25 years of experience), Rehab Coordinators, Elaine Corvidae (11 yrs experience) and Kristin Dean (2 yrs experience). Carolina Raptor Center volunteers will assist.
